In 2003 I decided to further my real estate knowledge by obtaining my GRI accreditation (Graduate of the REALTOR Institute). This decision was in addition to accomplishing my CRS and ABR certifications. Less than 2% of Real Estate Agents throughout the United States have accomplished all three.
Aside from staying active in the community with various organizations and acquiring immense knowledge in all aspects of Real Estate; my clients need to know that I am a homeowner. I have purchased two homes in the last seven years. I have been the victim of a horrific home buying experience and a wonderful home buying experience. I will never forget the bad experience. I will also never allow my clients to walk in the shoes I had to wear during that time. I’m proud of all of the above accomplishments. But my personal experience as a home owner provides more insight into making a real estate transaction successful for my clients than anything else possibly could.
